About us
Who we are
We’ve work on improving the lives of many young people through direct practice and provision of equipment. We plan and support amazing projects that help change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people from across different regions of Tanzania.
We started extending help to needy children and youth who were eager to study and work for a better life. This moment intensified when we found that there were many such underprivileged children who needed help with food, shelter and education. Our team expanded and we spread out in different regions to make sure we cover all possible areas and help as many children as possible.
We now run shelter homes, schools and a reasonable mess that helps such needy young people. We also have our helpline offices spread throughout the country so one can approach us anytime they need help.

Our Mission
Mission of hands for children is to Conduct youth outreach on Gender Based Violence, promote equality, organize fundraising, working forum and social action projects to empower children and women together with equipping the society with proper knowledge and tools to support the victims of violence.
Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.
Our Vision
Transformation of society that insists on equality, promote better life to vulnerable Children especially the students, Women and Youth fights against gender-based violence and any marginalization thereof.
Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
